School Application Forms

Parents are asked to make applications directly to the school of their choice. Once this has been done then each summer and autumn completed application forms will be stamped and signed by the parish priest. He will only do so if he has some knowledge of the faith practice of the family. Copies of the form will be retained by the office. Forms differ in format and completion date.  

Transport Costs

At the moment subsided transport is provided to the parents of practising Catholic children who meet the Surrey Heath Travel Guidelines. Information regarding this subsidy will be given upon application to the school. Denominational Transport Application Forms require the signature of the parish priest. He will only sign these forms if families attend church on a regular basis. This is entirely reasonable since the Church must pay for a portion of these costs. Parish records will be checked.
