Halls and Bookings

The Parish is fortunate to have two halls available to hire for charity events and private functions:

Church Hall St Tarcisius, Lower Charles Street, Camberley.

The Hall at St Tarcisius can seat between 80-100 people. However you would need to supply your own seating and table facilities. There is a kitchen attached to the hall that is included in the hire charge. Car parking is not included.

Church Hall St Peter & St John, 1 Caesar’s Camp Road, Camberley

The Hall at St Peter and St John can seat between 40-60 people. There is also the use of an extensive garden. However you would need to supply your own seating and table facilities. There is a kitchen attached to the hall that is included in the hire charge.

Hall Hire charges for St Peter and St John Hall.

Hall hire is charged at £12 per hour for occasional bookings.

A separate cheque for the Cleaning Deposit of £30.00 is required on all bookings.

The hall at St Peter and St John is not available to hire on Saturday after 5pm due to refreshments being served after Mass.

All cheques are to be made payable to the Camberley and Bagshot Catholic Parish.

You may print off a booking form using the link below.  This form once completed needs to be sent to the Parish Office at 1 Caesar's Camp Road with full payment.  It is advisable to telephone the office to check availability.
