Wedding Preparation
We are happy to work with you to prepare for the Sacrament of Matrimony. Whether you are planning a wedding at the Camberley and Bagshot Catholic Parish, or planning a wedding elsewhere, we are happy to work with you to complete your Marriage Preparation requirements. The Diocese of Arundel and Brighton has a minimum preparation time of at least twelve months prior to your planned wedding date, but planning a year or more is not uncommon. This can seem like a long time but there is a lot to think about, including paperwork and documentation.
Next Step
Your first step is to contact the Parish Priest to schedule a meeting to get the process started. Unfortunately we are not able to discuss dates for weddings until this meeting has taken place. The parish requires 12 months notice to do the paperwork for a marriage. Please don’t hesitate, if you are thinking about marriage…contact us! We look forward to hearing from you.
